These terms apply to use of this website. Cleaning bookings, payments, cancellations, refunds, and service performance may also be governed by the terms shown in the separate booking flow or confirmed directly by OSO Spotless Cleaning Service.
Agreement and service-specific terms
By using this website, you agree to these website terms. If a booking screen, written estimate, confirmation, invoice, or direct service agreement states additional or more specific terms for an appointment, review those terms before confirming. A general service page does not replace the scope and conditions confirmed for the actual property.

Service descriptions are general guidance. Availability, scope, timing, access, and estimates must be confirmed for the specific appointment. Blog content is educational and is not professional medical, legal, repair, restoration, or material-manufacturer advice.

Estimates and booking
A form submission is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The booking page or direct confirmation determines whether a time is reserved. Accurate property, condition, access, and service information is required for a useful estimate.
Identify the service type, property size, bedrooms and bathrooms or commercial areas, occupied levels, current condition, pets, specialty surfaces, requested extras, preferred timing, and access requirements. If actual conditions or requested work materially differ from the information provided, the available scope, time, staffing, or estimate may need to be discussed before work continues.
Cash-free online payment is processed securely after cleaning. Review the separate booking or payment screen for the method, timing, authorization, cancellation, refund, and transaction terms that apply to a specific appointment. This website page does not invent or replace those booking terms.
Appointment changes, cancellations, and access problems
Notify OSO Spotless promptly if the date, address, property condition, requested scope, entry method, elevator reservation, parking arrangement, or responsible contact changes. Cancellation, rescheduling, late-change, lockout, waiting-time, and refund conditions must be taken from the applicable booking flow or direct confirmation; no fee or deadline should be assumed from a general service page.
A cleaner’s arrival does not guarantee that work can begin when entry is unavailable, a building refuses access, required authorization is missing, the space is unsafe, or the conditions materially differ from the confirmed request.
Property access and safety
Clients are responsible for lawful and safe access, working utilities, secure pets, disclosed hazards, and clear instructions for buildings, keys, alarms, elevators, and restricted areas. Cleaners are not required to perform unsafe, inaccessible, hazardous, or unconfirmed work.
Secure valuables, fragile or unstable items, confidential documents, medications, weapons, and items that should not be handled. Disclose damaged surfaces, loose fixtures, active leaks, pests, bodily fluids, sharp objects, heavy clutter, mold concerns, renovation dust, specialty coatings, and manufacturer-required care before the appointment. Cleaning is not repair, restoration, remediation, pest control, regulated waste handling, or emergency response.
Client instructions and approved scope
Provide instructions through the agreed communication or booking process and keep them consistent. A person at the property should not add restricted, unsafe, materially different, or time-intensive work without confirmation. Inside appliances, cabinets, drawers, interior windows, laundry, organizing, heavy-item moving, exterior access, and property-management tasks are not automatically included simply because they are mentioned elsewhere on the site.
Intellectual property
The site design, original text, brand assets, and organization are protected by applicable law. You may view and print pages for personal use but may not republish or commercially exploit them without permission.
Acceptable website use
